Rental Terms

RH Equipment is committed to customer satisfaction with our professional team.

Normally, RH Equipment rental rates do not include the following:
– Value Added Tax (VAT)
– Fuel
– Transportation costs
– Insurance
– Operator fees

Standard operating hours: 8 hours/day, 240 hours/month.
Additional charges will be applied if the working hours exceed the standard operating hours.

Payment terms will be negotiated before the rental starts.

RH Equipment reserves the right to change rates, prices of rental goods, and/or substitutions for details without prior notice.

Rental Terms for Equipment:

– For all types of machinery, the company will start charging rental fees from the day the goods leave the company, regardless of the time the customer rents. The rental fee is counted as 1 day.
– The customer must return the equipment within the time specified by the company. If returned after the specified time, an additional 1-day rental fee will be charged.
– In case the customer takes the equipment and it becomes damaged, the customer must contact the company first.
– Before returning the equipment, customers must clean the equipment. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged.
– Documents required for equipment rental:
1. A copy of the ID card: Signed and certified
2. A copy of the house registration: Signed and certified
3. Cash for product deposit/rental fee
4. Cash for product guarantee
5. Office location map
6. Worksite location map
– If there is any damage to the equipment, the company will charge the customer for the damage.
– Customers should ask our technicians how to use the equipment properly to ensure correct usage.
